Horrible experience! I will NEVER go back! We decided to try Hibachi Grill & Supreme Sushi Buffet, and let me tell you—it was a disaster from start to finish! First of all, the owner had the audacity to directly ask my children how old they were. Mind you, my kids range from 1 to 8 years old! What kind of business questions young children like that? I immediately shut it down and told the owner, “Do not question my children. I am their mother, and if you need to know something, you ask me—not them!” That was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Then came the ridiculous charges. They automatically added a 10% gratuity because we had six adults and six children. Their sign clearly stated that gratuity applies to parties of 10 or more, but apparently, children count toward that? Since when do toddlers count as full-paying guests for gratuity? That’s just a greedy way to squeeze more money out of families. And get this—if you don’t finish all your food, they charge you $7.95 per plate! I have NEVER heard of a buffet doing that! We’re paying nearly $30 per adult and $12.99 per child under 8, plus $2.50 per drink, even for kids (which should have been free). For our party, the total came to a whopping $325.50! Absolutely not worth it! As for the food? It was okay at best. The options were limited, and while they had a variety of sushi, the texture was off—too hard on the outside, making it unpleasant to eat. They seriously need to work on making the sushi softer and fresher. To top it all off, the service was awful. The waitress was rude, took forever to refill our drinks, and still expected a tip. She definitely didn’t earn one! Bottom line: Save your money and go somewhere else! There are plenty of better buffets out there with reasonable prices, better service, and food actually worth eating. This place is nothing but a money grab! I will never be back!

There are many Asian buffets these days and while there are some top-of-the line buffets, there's plenty more than are good and there are of course some that are rough because the food isn't rotated to keep fresh food on the buffet. This buffet though is pleasantly good and it has a nice atmosphere. I like that the buffet's atmosphere is very well done with good decor and not feeling like a generic restaurant. The service is also good and for the most part well done for a buffet as well. The food is what you mostly expect for an Asian buffet with a mix of Chinese dishes, sushi, a Mongolian-style grill and American buffet fare. The sushi is one of the better offerings I've seen in an Asian buffet; the fish was fresh when I was there and they had an actually good variety of different maki rolls and nigiri. The Mongolian grill has some good choices and the chef does a good job cooking the food up. I did wish they had a better selection of difference sauces to tailor your dish, but what they have works. The Chinese dishes are also pretty good with the normal variety of Amero-Chinese entrees and the fruit when I visit was reasonably fresh. Overall, this buffet has very tasty options for food and a good variety of dishes as well. For a local, this is a good buffet to visit. But not quite one I'd go out of my way to visit.

Many items on the buffet's hot bars are prepared from frozen ingredients. The buffet provides a typical assortment you'd expect, featuring both standout items and some that fall short. They offer a wide selection of freshly made sushi, albeit with more filler than usual. The food is consistently hot, and dishes are regularly replenished. At the back, there's a hibachi grill where you can customize your meal and have it cooked to order. The prices are fair for an all-you-can-eat experience, and the staff is attentive in clearing away empty plates.
