This was honestly the worst Ramen I’ve had. And I am writing this within an hour of receiving order through Uber eats (pic for reference). The broth was watered down and lacked flavor, the noodles were flavorless as well. I will not be ordering again. I usually don’t write reviews but this was bad enough to take my time and write this.

This place is my wife's go to ramen spot. I am not the biggest fan of Ramen but they have some pretty good sushi. We split the spicy edamame which was super good! I also ordered a baked roll and a special type of spicy tuna roll. Service is decent depending who is working (sometimes specific waiters don't come around at all to check up on you but it's not often). The place is a cool quiet spot with Japanese art and decorations all around the restaurant.

I usually tend to love Kopan, came in on a Saturday from 3:15-3:40. Hostess seemed upset to show us our seats. Had to ask another server for plates and ginger. Requested a menu to order more Sushi, hostess seemed upset, walked away and never returned to our table. 15 minutes later i requested togo boxes for ramen from a different server. Really wanted another sushi roll. Now we know if that server is there, go elsewhere. Party of 4 btw
