I usually order the special fried rice which is rlly good but lately their “chicken” is not chicken is literally flour, they should call it “flour+ a tiny bit of chicken” and it’s crazy bc their chicken used to be good. Also I ordered the “honey garlic” sauce 🤦🏻‍♀️ turned out to be vinegar with sugar. So dissapointed. (Btw these r 15$)

I’ve been ordering Chinese food from RiceUp Asian Kitchen in Bonaventure, Weston, for some time now. The portions have generally been fair, and the food has been good. I usually get the special fried rice and chicken with broccoli. However, in my last few orders, I’ve noticed the amount of chicken has been decreasing. Today, it was ridiculous—there was a lot of broccoli and carrots, but only three pieces of chicken in my dish. When I called to address the issue, the girl I spoke to made it seem like it was my problem. This lack of customer service and quality is disappointing.

I really like their food, but I don't think I'm coming back. I ordered online and chose to pay at pick up. When I arrived I was given the total, I paid and got the option to tip, I did. When I got home and 1 for the total online I realized that they had already added a 15% to my bill when I arrived. Then I was given the option to tip on top of the already added 15%. Have they always done that? Are we all inadvertently paying 15-30% more just to have someone put the food in the bag and hand it to us. That's not cool. I may find another place to get my Chinese food fix. Not cool Rice Up!
