Absolutely delicious!!! Do yourself a favor and make a reservation beforehand. Otherwise, you will wait a very long time; the secret is out - the community knows the food is outstanding. We started off with the beef gyoza and edamame - beef gyoza was tasty and it was nice to eat edamame free of salt. We then had the otsukuri select (chef’s sashimi selection) and salmon medley - the otsukuri was to die for. We had two rolls: Mr. Crab and Sunset roll. The sunset roll was perfectly balanced and full of spicy and sweet flavor. The Mr. Crab was a baked crab roll that wasn’t overly creamy, just perfect.

Ordered two pieces of sushi to fix my craving. The singular wagyu nigiri alone was $15+. It took me an ENTIRE SONG to chew through. I would’ve spat it out by that point if it wasn’t $15 for the piece. It was the toughest Wagyu I’ve ever had. More like shoe leather. Also, see the photo for how tiny the two pieces are. $22 order. That’s all.

Food: The fish is incredibly fresh, and the Hye and Salmon Truffle are both delicious. The Salmon Truffle stands out for its buttery richness. The Spicy Tuna Rice has a great crunch, and the Sexy Albacore is a must-try. Every dish we ordered was a winner. Service: The staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient--service was quick and on point. Ambience: A small, cozy spot with both tables and a sushi bar. Parking can be tricky, depending on how busy the shopping center is.
