Food burnt. Even the take out container was burnt on the side giving the food a weird taste. I will Jo be returning.

I ordered the Hibachi Chicken on a Wednesday night. Once I made it home I 1 my food and to my surprise my vegetables were not included in my meal. I couldn’t return the meal because they had closed for the night. I called the next day to inform them of what happened. I was told by the GM(General Manager) that she could give me the MISSING VEGETABLES I repeat MISSING VEGETABLES! I asked her could she just replace the entire meal due to it being there mistake. She informed me she could ONLY do the VEGETABLES unless the entire meal was brought back. She informed me this was not her policy but the OWNERS! I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED. I work HARD for my money and if a MISTAKE is made on the establishment’s behalf then they should do EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO TRY and CORRECT IT! I HAVE Been A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE THEY OPENED. It IS A SHAME HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT HAS SPENT HUNDREDS WITH THEIR ESTABLISHMENT! They have LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER and I WILL BE INFORMING PEOPLE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE bc YOU WILL NOT BE APPRECIATED and YOU WILL BE TREATED AS SUCH! MY FEELINGS ARE HONESTLY HURT!

I ordered a plate from this restaurant today and received HALF a order,even with the extra rice,it was still HALF a order..Enough for a toddler really..I called the restaurant and one of the workers refused to acknowledge that my order was not full..I get the same thing Everytime I go,Ik how my order is supposed to be fixed or rather how it’s fixed Everytime I go..He also told me to bring the bowl back up there and I explained to him that I could not at the moment but I could at 7/8 this evening once my husband is off..thats 4/5 hours from now..that’s ridiculous when the food could’ve just been made correct from the jump.Very nonchalant giy and kept referring to how “he gets his plates“ well maybe next time fix everyone’s plates how “you get yours” and there won’t be any complaints.
