This is sushi excellence. I sat at the bar and Clark was so helpful with his suggestions. I tried as much as I could fit in my belly, lol. The hot rock waygu is a must. The black cod lettuce cup & tempura did not disappoint. I had never seen Uni Tempura and it was a special moment indeed. The roll & sashimi all ranked high as some of the best I have ever had. Dessert equally bangin'. If you make it to Vail, this is a must. I would suspect that it's a hard table to get in ski season so plan ahead
