Delicious sushi! I ordered the Salmon Blue Crab, Gyoza, and Sushi Deluxe. It’s a bit pricey, but everything was excellent! The service was great, and the atmosphere was both comforting and aesthetic. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed a nice meal. We basically walked in and we're seated. Arrived late... Ambiance is nice but the sound system was a touch loud. Cosi spot. Edamame appetizer was good. A little salty. Server was nice. My roll was very good. A spicy crunchy tuna. The sashimi salmon was served very chilled, good color, and smooth. The volcano roll was liked by all. Lobster roll was okay. Skipped desert. Sorry.

I was at the Casino for my daughter's event. We decided to grab sushi for lunch. Sushi Koya was great. We were seated and waited on immediately. Our wattress was both extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great and served quickly. Portion sizes were good. Plating was nice and pricing was average.
