Sushi was good! The service was just okay, nothing to really write home about. I have had other sushi places where I was wow'd with the food and service, but this was a miss for me. I may be back when Im in town again, but it probably won't be my first choice.

I came to visit my friend from Pittsburgh and we saw this restaurant pop up from Instagram. We decided to give it a try and boy was it worth the drive. The restaurant was clean and service was quick. Our waiter Ethan was able to answer all our questions about the menu, accommodate my diet restrictions, and the manager was even out and about on the floor making sure everything was okay. She also paid attention and remembered my allergies and came to check on me to make sure I didn't poison myself with Sake. It wasn't necessary this time but that kind of consideration is wonderful. Speaking of sake, the house sake is wonderful and has a grapefruit profile while the warm sake is smooth and strong. The food is incredible. Even my friend who hates seafood tried the salmon with hot oil, pony, and truffle oil and loved it. When my scallops arrived they were done in the wrong style so the manager gave me the correct scallops the right way on the house. It IS expensive so if you're going to go I'd recommend making this a special occasion place. My friend and I are already talking about coming back to have it again when I come back in town

Had an incredible dining experience at Blue Sushi at Tempe. The fish was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared, with each bite bursting with flavor. The sushi chef provided top-notch service, ensuring that our meal was nothing short of perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic sushi and impeccable service, definitely coming here again.
