We visit Midori Sushi everytime we come through Tehachapi. The food is always excellent. Service is good even when they are quite busy. Nice people and very personalble!

There is no right for the sushi in Tehachapi to be this good. I have been to Midori many times. James would be an incredible chef in any big city, but we are fortunate that he is there in Tehachapi.

Very good food and service. We tried the Bulogi bowl and Chicken bowl. Along with California Roll. All was great and enjoyed. Looks pretty new, but everyone was friendly and welcoming. Not busy on a Thursday evening- early. A bit pricey, but not overly for good sushi!
