Amazing place, highly recommend you give this a try, especially if your in Tavares. We mostly stuck to the sushi but I can easily say this is the best sushi place in the Tavares area!

As a new customer to this establishment, first impressions are it for us. The service was top notch, the server was very friendly and very patient with our 4 kids. There was only one family in the restaurant when we arrived. Me and my wife ordered sushi and our kids had hibachi and we ordered Goyza (dumplings). The dumplings were okay but tasted frozen, not freshly made in house, they were very hard and crunchy. The kids food came out first which we love, so they finish at a decent time, the rice seemed a bit too greasy but the kids still loved it and it tasted good to me, but it didn't look appetizing. It took 45 minutes for our sushi to come out, seemed a long time to wait for sushi but it was very good tasting, I would recommend that if you have time, Try this place out but if you're in a hurry, this may not be the place for you. It does seem like the kind of place you want to chill in and stay a while though. They did mess up my order and brought me out the wrong thing but the server was apologetic and got the right order right away, and they let us keep the mistake as well. Overall my thoughts are that it is a quiet, very nicely decorated restaurant with a minimalistic menu, outstanding service and average tasting sushi food, then this would be the place for you. It is worth going there again, we may try it again in the future. A side note; we did appreciate the owner (Zach) coming out to chat with us, the table touch was nice. It's nice to hear what the owners vision for places we go are.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. I tried some new things I hadn’t seen on other menus before and they were all really great. The ramen broth was amazing, rich yet balanced. I’d definitely come back again for both the sushi and ramen.
