I recently had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant”Sakura Surprise”. The service was poor, and the place felt far from clean. The cooking staff wasn't even wearing gloves, which was quite concerning. To make matters worse, we found plastic in one of our sushi rolls. We ordered a California roll, a Botty Botty roll which was just okay, and a Sweet and Spicy Crunch roll that had plastic in it. Adding to the unpleasant experience, they were playing loud news instead of music, which really killed the vibe and felt unpleasant. I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this was a health concern, especially since I ate from the food that had plastic in it. I'm not sure who to report this to, but I wanted to share my experience here so others can be cautious when ordering from this place.

The food was ok but not excellent. I had the filet and lobster. The filet was a little burnt and the lobster was very chewy and unflavorful. The chef was ok but we really couldn't understand what he was saying. It was all very underwhelming, especially when you're paying such high prices.

Amazing place for teppan. The chef and waitress were both absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the sushi rolls and our meals. Chef made some great recommendations and put on a great show. Highly recommend.
