Upon calling I was told that I couldn’t do combo hibachi by a team member(didn’t seem as if he wanted to accommodate my Request) so I had to call back just to speak with a more willing member to fulfill my order , which was done. the hibachi was delicious I might add BUT the shrimp used for my combo HAS to be rotten in which I’m disgusted , I ignored it at first but with each bite the pungent and foul taste and odor from the shrimp is outrageous .I was quite sick last night after eating and connected the two. DO BETTER!

Wanted to give this place good reviews as I think the food is good, but the take out service is not nor are they fixing past issues. I've ordered twice now on 2 different services they advertise and had issues both times. The first they never even received my order directly of their site even though I paid for it and when I went to pick up was told sorry and they needed to call the owner before they could proceed making me the food I already paid for. I ended up having to wait over 30min after placing a pick up order 20min prior to that. 2nd time using doordash ordered 10 items and came home to find only 7/10 items. Missing 3 whole meals. When calling I was told the manager would give me a call. After 20min I called again and was told they were waiting for the owner to get back to them. After 40min of the initial call the resolution was, contact doordash for a refund. Wont be ordering take out from here given I cant trust I'll get my order.

Visited on October 21st. I had a blast. The whole place was super clean and Ashley was amazing. She was really sweet and 1 up on me often.
