Horrible experience… if I could leave zero stars I would. Not only did I have a dead baby ROACH on my food we were also charged $130 for 2 people. $27 for hibachi per person, as well as $2 per person for rice. (Isn’t that included in hibachi????) $21 worth of gratuity and PISS POOR FOOD AND SERVICE! Beware!

Welp!! I ate my dinner with a roach so that’s …um something! I love Kampai but this location is trash . Gratuity is included (18%) which normally I wouldn’t mind if there wasn’t roaches trying to eat my food with me…. they basically overcharge you for a poor quality experience:( please go to another location!!!!

Anytime I visit this restaurant, I always leave extremely satisfied! Everytime I visit, I’m greeted and served by the same woman and she ALWAYS a delight! So friendly and funny! She makes you feel like regulars and right at home! The food is consistently delicious! I always get the lunch hibachi and for the price, you cannot go wrong! They load your plate with tons of veggies, a MOUND of rice and a delicious protein. So much for your money and i always have leftovers. I usually go for the salmon with the teriyaki glaze. This time I also tried a couple of sushi rolls- the volcano and tiger roll. Both were amazingly delicious and extremely fresh! The volcano roll was my fave! The only suggestion is to bring a jacket because they keep the a/c very cold! Otherwise, I definitely recommend this place!
