This business deserves a 5 star review. The sushi is always excellent and by far the best I have found in Idaho. It’s curbside only and super fast. They even made the shrimp tempura fresh to order. The prices are good, and they only email me coupons. The customer service is unmatched. They always answer the phone immediately and respectfully. I cannot recommend enough that you give this place a chance as it is truly a great addition to Star. The entrepreneurial gusto is much appreciated. Thank you Idaho Sushi Co!!

This sushi place is so delicious! It’s pick-up only, and definitely a local gem. Love having a sushi place right here in Star! Our whole family loved it. If you like spicy, highly recommend the Hot Jalarrano Roll. All their sauces are great, also.

We have been frequenting Idaho Sushi Company for a few months now and have never been disappointed. The sushi is incredibly fresh, well made and well presented. You can tell there is passion and pride in the food and we appreciate the ease to order and pick up/delivery options have always been fantastic!
