This is a hidden gem in Stanton. I ordered the Rising Sun Extra Sushi & Sashimi Combo and was blown away by the presentation. If you’re looking to treat someone special, this is the perfect spot. They will be amazed. The tuna sushi even had truffle and 24K gold flakes, making it feel extra luxurious. But it’s not just about the fancy dishes. There is a huge variety of rolls and an impressive hot kitchen menu as well. With the cold weather, the Nabeyaki Udon was perfect. The broth had a rich, smoky flavor from the charred chicken, giving it a gourmet touch. The side of tempura made it feel like getting two dishes in one. The bento box options were plentiful, with generous portions. Plus, this place is recognized as a Top 10 Yelp Restaurant in Stanton by the California Legislature, which makes it even more special. Definitely a must-visit.
