Osaka Sushi is hands down the best Japanese restaurant I’ve ever been to! I first discovered it through UberEats, where I ordered lunch more times than I’d like to admit—but it’s just that good! This week, I finally had the chance to dine in, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. As always, the food was incredible. The portions are generous, and everything is unbelievably fresh. Osaka makes the best spicy yellowtail roll I’ve ever had! While I usually go for the udon stir-fry, I decided to try their teppanyaki dinner this time—and I had enough leftovers for both lunch and dinner the next day! Beyond the food, the service is exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. My husband and I went back for dinner with a friend last night, and once again, everything was perfect. The team is so kind and polite that I’m now officially trading my UberEats orders for in-person visits! The owner (I believe) always takes the time to chat with my husband, and we truly appreciate his warmth, along with the outstanding service from the entire staff. We’ll be bringing everyone we know here, including friends and family visiting from out of state. If you haven’t been to Osaka Sushi yet, you’re missing out!

Food is delicious and food portions are good. Miso soup, though, is never served hot. The soup is always served at room temperature or a little bit cold. Lunch Specials during the weekdays are great, affordable, and filling. Service in general is unpredictable. If you're dining in, you might get a great server who takes good care of your needs very well, sometimes you might get a rude and grouchy server, or sometimes you might get a server who doesn't understand the importance of allergies to certain foods, not relay it to the cook accordingly, and be served the exact foods you are allergic to. You then will have to wait for another 15-20 mins (depending on how busy they are) for them to recook your order. Our takeout/pick-up experiences have never been good. We ALWAYS directly call the restaurant for our takeout orders. But they ALWAYS get the orders wrong. This is baffling. We call back to tell them what happened, but they never remedy their errors. No refunds or discounts are ever given. So best of luck if you ever order take out with them. The atmosphere is simple, clean, organized, and quaint. Lots of free parking, and the restaurant is in a good location. In total: 3.8 Stars⭐️ from ALL our multiple experiences with this restaurant.
