Daruma has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants since moving to the area a few months ago. With their promptness in service and excellent customer service skills, they beat any other Japanese steak house in Jacksonville/St. Augustine. We especially love dining hibachi style with our favorite chef, Loc, as he’s efficient, entertaining, and a fantastic chef!! We’ve brought family members and friends here because we can’t rave about it enough.

Excellent spot with stellar service! Sat at bar and enjoyed apps, cocktails, and a selection of sushi rolls. Pricing was great and sushi rolls were fresh and flavorful. Looking forward to visiting again.

A great spot for weekday lunch or birthday dinners! My husband and I typically go during the week for their fantastic hibachi lunch special. Maui, the chef is always so much fun and friendly! The flavor is soo good! Our server always remembers our favorite orders and makes us feel special! They recently did some interior remodeling and it's really cute! I would highly recommend 👌
