Hole in the wall! The exterior of this restaurant does not reflect the interior, food quality, and service of this place. Honestly, every item on the menu is really good! Lots of Japanese folk come in here, and most of them are regulars so you know they’re good. Coming back to try all the menu items for sure. Schaumburg area only has this and Torizen for really good, and authentic Japanese food.

Ordered two rolls tonight. I’ve been a loyal customer unfortunately the food we got was totally not up to par and disappointing — skimming on ingredients — it used to be a big chunk of avocado, eggs, plentiful of mushroom and a big shrimp tempura. Just whoever made them tonight… chose to make them ridiculously tiny portioned. I love supporting small business however why did you choose to give such presentation with tiny pieces of avocado, shrimp and mushrooms inside??? It’s ridiculous!! The roll isn’t the way it used to be. It’s not even sushi fish inside. It’s just veggies and it’s $10 plus per roll and we ordered two. I felt like being cheated. Sorry but it is just not fair

It was my first time trying this place and it was really good. The beef tataki was fresh and umami. The ramen had good portion and taste good. Recommend to come.
