This people say they open at 1100 it was 1117 i was still standing in front of the counter waiting for them to open. The worker telling me they are short staff. As a customer how is this my problem? If you can’t open at 1100 update your hours. Update 2: now it is 1130 and i am still standing at the counter waiting. At this point I want to see at what time they will come get my order

I thought I got a beef teriyaki plate but got a rice plate with less than a scoop full of beef teriyaki, with burnt dumplings and the rice was hard.

I've been eating their chicken teriyaki since I was a kid. 2 scoops of sauce is a must. They are still around and still tasty even though prices have gone up. I'm posting to add pictures of the menu because the ones I saw were not legible. I wanted to compare prices from Sarku's app vs in person. After driving to the mall, I realized they are the same. Only the delivery apps have higher prices. 3/27/2024
