Had AYCE for lunch. It was a good deal, and I'm happy we tried it, but I probably wouldnt go back. The variety of rolls were solid, but didnt love the quality of the fish. Didnt feel the freshest, and everything was pretty mediocre.

Food was just so subpar - salmon tasted stale, rice was not fresh. Even the "premium" salmon toro felt old and not fatty enough? We got there around 6pm. Massive blobs of rice too. Service was great and they were so nice. I like the overall location just because it gives Diner vibes, so it's cool. but the quality of the sushi is unforgivable and i'm not coming back.

Was on the west side and wanted to find a proper AYCE sushi spot. Came here for lunch which is 12-4pm and was pleasantly surprised. They had lots of free parking which is nice for Venice. Lunch price was $35.95. Fish was good, they have a decent selection, chefs were very friendly and helpful, and food came out fast. I like they do offer a few premium pieces for lower price and they have salmon collar on menu, always fav of mine.
