I’ll definitely be coming back for their chicken—it was crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The texture was just right, with a satisfying crunch on the outside and juicy tenderness inside. I also tried their ramen, which had a rich and well-balanced broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and quality toppings that tied everything together.

Very casual walk in spot for ramen in downtown san Mateo. Came by on a week day evening around 7pm, it was not too busy, one person serving about 10 tables. Tonkotsu ramen was pretty standard, tasted good but nothing exceptional. They charge mandatory 16% service charge on all bills. Overall good spot for a quick meal.
