• food looked ok. • spider roll was served with a bug in it • spider roll was messily put together such that it would completely fall out upon touching it. the pieces also weren't properly separated, which caused even more of a mess. • blue moon roll was really bland • service was slow, but they were nice • cute place

The appetizers in the photo were good, but the main food was really bad. I got the chicken katsu curry hoping it would be a rich and unique curry. But there was barely any curry and the tiny amount of curry somehow got soaked into the katsu so every piece was soggy. The flavour was very uninspired and tasted like the cubes you can buy at the grocery store and the veggies and rice had no flavour to save them. For $20, it was pretty disappointing. It’s a shame because the owner was super friendly at farmers market and made some really good shishito peppers. I feel like the quality at the restaurant when i went didn’t reflect his standards.

This place is the worst. I would never come here again. The fish did not look fresh and the noodles in the udon were soggy. Avocado in the sushi roll was brown. I am hoping i don't get food poisoning. What a waste of $50. I hope they step up their game so they can make it downtown.
