Great menu with a wide variety of options, all of which are excellent (you can't go wrong). The staff are super friendly and helpful and everything was well prepared but quick to arrive. We will definitely be coming back here regularly!

every dish was a flavor bomb! really inventive combinations full of umami and different textures. we ordered the millionaires green bacon, duck udon carbonara, salmon nigiri, salted egg kabocha and chicken skin skewers. my favorite was the nigiri and carbonara. their menu is large and will def be back to try other things!

Chome is a small/medium sized eatery. Easiest way to describe it is, unique combinations of your favorite Japanese flavors. Even though, we didn’t order it, who has ever heard of an uni carbonara!? Food wise we ordered below. - (2) NYC Big Mac’s - (2) OM Bite - (1) seafood trio (skewers) - (1) Mentaiko ikura carbonara - (1) salted egg chicken wings Everything was bomb but definitely will say my favorite thing that I ate was the OM bite. (Seared salmon toro, scallop, snow crab, uni, ikura, shiso). Buttery salmon, sweetness from the scallop/crab, briney pops from the ikura. I did a dash of soy sauce on top put it all together. Mentaiko ikura carbonara, was a creamy udon based dish, that had similiar tastes due to the briney ikura. Skewers and Big Mac were both good. I think the Big Mac is worth a try because it’s unique with A5 wagyu, otoro, uni, black tobiko, and truffle. The thing is for me I don’t need to order it again. Salted egg chicken wings were light, airy, and crispy. $10 for two was a deal. 3 of us dined in on a Saturday. Arrived at 6:00. Probably took 15 mins at most to be sat. When we left around 7:30ish. There was a long line. So encourage you to come early if you can.
