Ordered the shrimp fried rice and the rice was hard and stiff with no veggies in it. Also only came with 5 shrimp!

Update: Front door has been changed to a bell. Much better. Have now had their wonderful Coconut Shrimp. I would highly recommend. I also requested a change to a sushi and they were happy to make the change of an ingredient. Absolutely the best Japanese food I have ever had. I have had Dancing Eel Roll, Chicken hibachi, and Crab Rangoon. I will be eating here again and again. The only reason I did not give the atmosphere 5 stars is because their door chime is annoying. Each time a customer comes in it says, "Front Door Open". So if you want the best Japanese food in the area eat here.

To the team at Osaka Express, I offer my heartfelt thanks for an evening filled with laughter, love, and delicious food. We stopped at Osaka for a break on our road trip. From the moment my family walked in the door, we were welcomed by the friendly staffs. Although the wall was a little odd, it didn’t take away from the great experience since the counter was just around the corner. We ordered from their new speciality menu and we LOVED it! The Crispy Crab Roll was so crispy and delicious and the Coconut Shrimp was creamy and flavorful! The hibachi was great paired with the sauce on the front counter and the edamame was heavenly. We cannot wait to explore other menu items when we pass by Ruston again!
