Foods not real japanese This is Chinese & Japanese favor style. I really disappointed to been here. I ordered Salmon Avocado 🥑 all is white on top by mayonnaise or ranch dressing. First time and last time here. Not recommend.

Homely Japanese food from an expert chef. I always order the okinomiyaki. You can customize as much as you like or need and the owner/chef always asks for feedback and ways to improve. I usually request my okinomiyaki have the ginger cooked in since it mellows out the bite of the ginger and makes the flavor more consistent throughout. It comes with delicious sauce and mayonnaise. I don't like tuna flakes so today the chef asked if I wanted to try Nori on mine. It was delicious!

Fresh Fuji was some delicious ramen. You can tell the broth was homemade, and it was so flavorful! The women who served us was super nice and welcoming, you can tell she takes pride in cooking all of the delicious food.
