Good customer service and clean restaurant. Seated immediately. I'm not sure why it has such a low rating. The food is fresh and it is how i expect to eat conveyor belt sushi. Great place to take friends to dine in. Lots of nigiri options. Rice prepared well here. They have fresh wasabi that is yummier than the fake wasabi. Tastes very delicious paired with soy sauce. It is a higher price range but good quality.

Went here for dinner with a team member from Canada while we were both in Cali for training. Turns out there aren’t cool revolving sushi restaurants in Canada like this! So it was a special treat for my friend to experience this. I’ve actually been to Japan (last year) and this is the closest revolving place I’ve been to that reminds me of “real” ones in Japan. I think it might be part of the same chain of revolving sushi from there, but I haven’t dug into it that far. Anyways, I’ll get to it…this spot was super chill, clean and tasty! You can simply keep grabbing plates as they coast by on the conveyor belt, or use the touchscreen above to order a plethora of Japanese style yum-yums. We did both so we could experience it all and literally stuff ourselves. Haha. The super cool part about this particular place is every seat has a metal compartment at the end of the table or right in front of the conveyor seats that has a slide in it to put your dirty plates into. It counts your plates for you and keeps your table free from that tall stack of empty sushi plates sending them all back to the dishwashing area!! The only downside (to us, not the restaurant) is that you can get in the groove and lose track of how many plates you’re putting down! lol. Plenty of tasty basics as well as specialties here and the food ordered from the touch screen came out promptly and was delicious too. Btw, any custom/on demand orders you place come out from the kitchen on the upper conveyor belt and stop right at your seat for you! Absolutely love this style of revolving sushi and wish there were more around…. There’s music playing and yes, there’s beer to wash down your sushi too (and many other drinks to choose from). We had a great time, ate way too much and left totally satisfied with our choice of dining. One small negative, and literally the only one from me…there’s not a lot of room inside since the conveyor belt system takes up a lot of space, so there isn’t a waiting area inside. As you can imagine, a line can form easily with people waiting to get in and pull up a chair to the sushi belt since let’s be real, this isn’t a place you hang out and chit chat at, you come in and eat then leave to open up a spot for others. So the line moves pretty quickly as long as there’s mindful patrons inside but the establishment makes you wait outside after checking in. No a huge deal, but when we went is was freezing cold outside with big time winds…would’ve been nice to wait inside but it is what it is. That’s literally my only gripe and regardless I’d come back here in a heartbeat. Staff was friendly and super nice as well. Thanks Kura team!

My and my husband went there for a casual Friday's dinner, the wait time was around one hour to be seated, so be patient. There isn't reservation option at least no through the phone, they have an app which we didn't want to download because it didn't seem needed BUT please do it. The good thing about the revolving is that you don't have to wait for food, it's coming through and you just grab what you want BUT if you order something you have to wait around 8 to 10 minutes. Sushi was good. For some reason I reminded it better. Don't misunderstand me, it wasn't great but it wasn't bad either. We got 18 plates for a total of 90 bucks. Make the numbers!
