Some of the best sushi we’ve ever had. Very fresh. Good selection of food. Reasonably priced. Really good service. Server was very attentative.

In a nutshell; pretty neat sushi establishment, not a strong suggest but an ok spot if to try if you're in the area. Another sushi place with specialty sushi that have rather unique names. Lots of parking space around. Went during dinner and it was fairly busy but place had a lot of seats and comfortable booths for any time of the day. Servers were great. Food didn't take too long to arrive. Never had trouble having refills for water. Overall always a pleasant experience every visit.

Aiko Sushi is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Ranch Cordova. The Sashimi and rolls are delicious, and the bento boxes are yummy and generous. The employees at Aiko Sushi work hard to ensure that you enjoy the food and their service. The dining room is big, and I like the distance between the tables. The parking lot is clean and safe.
