The tempura was fabulous. Sushi was VERY good. My bento beef box was really tasty but it had some gristle in the b ef. Great service, friendly owner, comfortable. Loved the aquarium and the care that went into it. Very enjoyable. Looking forward to sitting on the hibachi side next time.

We Have always loved Suehiro, it is the best sushi in Pueblo. We were very glad to see the new ownership has not affected the amazing food or impeccable service. Highly recommend this place for sushi and hibachi!!

Well this one's kind of a tough one. My family goes out to eat once a year for my little sister that does birthday. We only go to somewhere special to our family and this place goes above and beyond at making sure we have a good time. The chef always lightens the mood and does amazing fun stuff and gets us interacting with him. The rib eye steak and shrimp was awesome.
