"The sushi I had was delicious and fresh, and the edamame was hot and flavorful. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and polite. I ordered a spider roll and a California roll, and both were spot on. I had been wanting to try this place for a while, but my hours didn't align before COVID. I tried other sushi places where you could sit in, but the sushi here is better. I called ahead to place my order and picked it up right on time. The price is about average. I would definitely recommend this place for sushi over most of the sushi places in Prescott Valley/Prescott. The place is clean and seemed very organized. My recommendation would be to call ahead and give them a pick-up time. There was no wait, and the man at the register was very nice. Overall, it was a great experience with fantastic food. It is a cash-only eatery, so when you call ahead, get the exact price so you're prepared. Bring extra cash in case you want to add something or get a drink.This first trip I went with the safe choices because I had never eaten here before, but after trying it, I will definitely be returning to try more dishes."

So friendly and welcoming, and the food is delicious! Will definitely be making this a weekly lunch stop. Highly recommend the dynamite roll. Oh and make sure you bring cash!

If I want to treat myself to some decadent sushi, I come to Sushi J Express. It is a low key and friendly shop that is takeout only. Their soft shell crab in the Spider Delight Roll is irresistible and I find myself daydreaming about it way too often. Come into this shop and see all the wonderful options they have, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Thank you for your amazing food and service Sushi J Express!
