First time trying Tong Sake House. I wanted some ramen but my wife is not a huge ramen fan, so we thought we'd give them a shot. We're glad we did! My Tonkotsu ramen was good but not great. I added the egg, which was perfectly done. Very good broth, but the pork was not as tender as it could have been. The noodles were just right. My wife tried the Shrimp Teriyaki bento box. Outstanding! Perfectly prepared shrimp, nicely flavored. She ate all of her gyoza before I could get a bite, but she said they were tasty. Miso soup was good... not too salty, which sometimes happens. She had a draft beer and I had hot house sake. They also have a bar, but I don't know how extensive. We'll definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

Ok, let's talk about... Tongs Sake House is where the base drops! From sushi, to ramen, to bento boxes, these guys have a good meal at a good price without a DOUBT. My favorite has to be the Baked Sake Roll and the Katsu Bento Box. The portions are powerful and the flavor is poppin. Staff is very friendly and does a great job of checking in on you. The atmosphere is peaceful and smells fantastic. Do yourself a favor, eat here.

I ordered the 11:30am pick-up special lunch box, selecting the salmon poke and kimchi pork. While the salmon poke was great, I found the kimchi pork to be very disappointing. There was an overwhelming amount of kimchi and very little pork. However, everything else in the bento was delicious and well-prepared.
