Best sushi in pooler hands down! Atmosphere is so comfortable, great music choices and the nicest staff.

Ive never had to send back food before in my entire life until now. The tonkatsu was dry, unseasoned. The only "vegtables" were onions. The rice was NOT fried it was soft, spongy and tasted like sour soy sauce. Unsalted. Everything i ate was horribly unsalted and has no flavor. The dumplings were doughy, too much garlic, not enough salt, no seasoning and laughably small. Egg roll was okay, mustard sauce was redundant and just tasted like it belonged on a hotdog, not a pork roll. Salad was fine, I also did not finsih it. again no salt. Or pepper. My stomach was very upset and I had to actually RUN to the bathroom at the grocery store, and i wasnt going to leave to leave a review but now I am indisposed and want to warn people to not order the tonkatsu. Service was great, server was very kind and apologetic but if I were the manager or owner id be concerned about the health and quality control of their kitchen.

😢 The food was really good, right until we found a roach in some of the ginger... I don't know if the ginger comes pre-packaged or if it might be a cleanliness issue, but it was disturbing to say the least. ETA: The store owner reached out to me the very next day with a refund and gift certificate, their ginger does come pre-packaged so looks like it was just an unfortunate situation to happen on our first experience.
