Great sushi, every plate is unique and delicious. I highly recommend the steak where they light the alcohol and pour it over the steak. Some of the best tender steak I've ever had. The sushi was also amazing. Each plate is completely different from the next. I recommend getting their signature/classic dishes that they offer as I think they provide the best experience. I also got to try their specialty rotating cocktail which I would highly recommend.

Edit: wanted to up my rating thanks to the amazing service I received by our gentleman server who made my afternoon tea session so enjoyable and lovely. I think the afternoon tea is a great place to bring visitors or friends for a cute afternoon spot. Original: with the price being so high and the food not being so delicious. Nobu restaurant is okay. I have been there three times. Two times was to try the afternoon tea which I do think is a little bit of a better experience then the brunch menu. At least the afternoon tea has a really nice setting in. Their Japanese garden with a nice view, but I wasn't the biggest fan of their brunch menu. The rice was too salty. The food was not anything too spectacular but the cost is high If anything, I'd recommend you try l afternoon tea. The tea was delicious.

Early Jan 2025 Renowned Japanese-Peruvian style resto within the equally notable hotel chain. We definitely had our first Nobu experience that stood up to its reputation. Taking the queue from our server we opted for an open menu based on our conversation. Suffice it to say, this omakase style was definitely a springboard to future dining experiences here. Do have to note that the semi-outdoor venue will still get some getting used to here in the US.
