The food is incredible here! So fresh and great ingredients! The staff are so attentive and welcoming, we ordered way too much food but we enjoyed all of it!

Jin sho is an absolute hidden ✨gem✨!! Their sushi is SO FRESH! All their fish was so good, especially their otoro. Some of the most buttery and soft otoro I've had in the bay area. It just melts in your mouth the moment you eat it. Their uni was also super creamy and sweet! A definite must try. We tried the El Camino roll (unagi and crab) and the omakase 10 pc which came with a tuna roll. The El Camino roll was amazing. Unagi was seared perfectly and the crab inside was so fresh. The combination of the two paired with a crunchy cucumber was absolutely perfect. For the 10pc we were a bit skeptical since it was so expensive but the waitress came over and explained all the fish we would get and we had to order it. The 10pcs change regularly for them so we'll be back to try it again some day! Definitely come here for a delicious bite to eat. Our one negative comment is the service was a bit slow.
