Echo is another Breakers associated restaurant. The food and service, as usual, were great tonight at the bar. The decor has a trendy, Tao type feel to it, and I thought the sushi rolls were solid.

Extremely over priced in my opinion. The complimentary edamame to start was a nice touch. Had the salmon & tuna tartare, duck baos, and Korean ramen. Duck baos were delicious, tartare was good, ramen was mediocre. The waiter did explain it was not ramen in the traditional sense which was fine but the steak lacked the bulgogi flavor and was over done and chewy. Drinks and service were good. They include a 20% service charge but the service warranted that. Probably won’t be going back any time soon.

The best pad Thai I’ve ever had. All the food was of a phenomenal quality. Service was prompt and attentive. Inside, the music was a little loud and the air conditioning was turned up too much
