We arrived here and the ambiance was very decorative and amazing, the costumer service was great as we where greeted as we walked in, I order two rice bowls with chicken tempura and spicy crab and shrimp, with tempura flakes and sweet and spicy sauce, I also ordered loaded rice tots with crab meat…the food was SPECTACULAR!

Very helpful staff, courteous and friendly. Unfortunately 2 of our 3 bowls were bad. Tuna tasted old, dry and bad. Steak tasted like fish. Both were inedible. We called to let the manager know, offered us a ‘remake’ No thanks. The thought of trying to eat bad tuna or steak is why we called in the 1st place. The miso soup and Krab Rangoons were good though

This place is great as always, I tried the new mac & cheese steak burrito, and the new mac & cheese steak, and Cheeto burrito. Let me tell you that was incredible. I also had the beignets, and those are always amazing. I always highly the recommend this place. Definitely any location for Sus hi that I’ve been to, hasn’t disappointed yet.
