I called and made a reservation for 2:30pm February 1st. We came in and were seated shortly thereafter. There were a couple of people still waiting to be seated. Our orders were taken and we waited patiently. I began to wonder where the chef was and looked at the clock, the time was now 3:23pm. I looked over and saw the people that were seated after us were already being served and their chef was cooking for them. I understand they usually are busy however patrons expect to be served within a reasonable timeframe and not after patrons who were still in the waiting area. It would be nice if they can ensure they have enough chefs and place the chefs at the tables based on times the patrons are seated.

We were seated in no time, food was delicious and Everyone was very friendly, our chef was amazing and he did a great job, the calamari and scallops were very tender and juicy and the steak was cooked to perfection, the fried rice was okay and salad was fresh, the place looks like it is not very new and maybe could need a quick modern refresh, everything was great and we are coming back

I’m sick of this location. Poor costumer service. The heavy set Caucasian female manager takes no accountability. She makes excuses for any issue raised. Spoken to her twice and she’s borderline argumentative and will over talk you. Ordered pick up and it said 35 mins. I went after 50 mins. Go inside and had to wait another 35 mins. All in ordered was two hibachi rice bowls and a miso soup! The miso soup was $8 and I’ll post a pic of this tiny swallow they gave me. After 35 mins of waiting I ask the manager about my order and nothing but excuses. Says let me check and never saw her again. Done with them. Look at that $8 bowl of miso soup……
