One of the worst experiences I've ever had reservations for 7pm for 20 people took over an hour.Then they're trying to say we missed the reservations its now 837pm and we just got seated, we never coming back again. Horrible front desk service and zero accountability

I went in for lunch and had the pleasure of being served by Luke :) He educated me through the menu and his suggestions were big hits! Love Benihana and the delicious food! The Newport Beach Location is my favorite in terms of staff, service, and ambiance. Thank you for a wonderful meal.
