Absolutely disgusting and inedible, water and iced tea tasted like dirty non-filtered tap from a sink, the Roger Roll had a chili powder that literally tasted like dust, like I was eating something expired or inedible that ruined the dish, the yakisoba is greasy, overcooked with no flavor and slimy texture. Customer service was aggressive and not accommodating or warm. Ambience looks like old strip mall. Very cheap quality ingredients. Didn’t make any kind of amends to my bill when I said I couldn’t eat a single thing they served. I’m not one to be picky or have to complain about food EVER because I love Japanese food/sushi, but this is the only place that was 0/10, I would never recommend. Not a single thing I ordered was good, which has never happened to me before. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and immediately just go to the taco shop two doors down and wash my mouth out with Coke. I felt awkward so I didn’t know how to ask for my money back or to leave.

The lady was very nice and the atmosphere entering was very kind with new customers and common customers. The food was amazing to eat too.

Still the same owners just different name. Used to be called Ginza. And the food is absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I love the crunchy roll and the rainbow roll.
