Having traveled extensively and sampled cuisines worldwide, I can confidently say that the quality of the sashimi here is unparalleled. From the moment we arrived, our server Abby provided impeccable service. Her timing was perfect, ensuring that each dish was delivered exactly when expected, maintaining its optimal freshness and temperature. The sashimi cuts were exquisite – the best I've had since my time living in Asia. The flavors were vibrant, and the presentation was absolutely stunning, as seen in the attached image. The attention to detail and commitment to quality at Saki Japanese Kitchen truly set it apart. Whether you're a local or a visitor, this restaurant is a must-visit for any sushi lover. We enjoyed our dinner here. Perfect service. Beautiful presentation of the sushi and we are sushi snobs. The atmosphere is decent, but not amazing. It was kinda pricey, even so, we will be back.
