The food was good until I noticed my chicken I already started to eat was raw. Tried to contact the restaurant with no response

Chinese staff and need to hire a Japanese chef. Rice dry and undercooked. Japanese don't place chicken and salmon on onions. Mixed vegetables was 95 percent broccoli. Way over priced and had two granola bars to clear my palate after this dinner. Last I have never heard country music at a Japanese restaurant in Japan or other Japanese run restaurants.

We celebrated a birthday dinner here and were so glad we chose this out of the many restaurants in the area. The service was fast, the decoration was really nice, and the food was delicious. I'd recommend checking it out!
