This is undoubtedly my favorite sushi spot in Idaho, and I can not recommend it enough! Bar seating lets you place orders directly with the sushi chefs who are very kind and funny! Orders come out quickly and always have a lot of care put into the presentation. Make sure you grab yourself all-you-can-eat dinner prices for sampling all kinds of delicious rolls, including their iconic crystal shrimp!

First time going on Tuesday the 7th of May. They show you the meat they give at the counter where you can sit or at a regular table with 2 or 4 chairs. Expect the Parking to be apart of the theater next door and the other Food and sweat places as well. Don’t worry about it being raw sushi. They also cook the Sushi specifically salmon which is a common choice I’ve noticed from research and also a try for raw for those unsure. Both raw and cooked are very fresh, I did not get sick. They only do Sushi there as you would expect for a cultural perspective. The workers are social and will speak with the care you need. The atmosphere is expected by your point of view by choice wether your paranoid like me or when your looking for a very nice social place by getting out of your comfort zone which was my choice and love that!!! I have not spoken to anyone there but the service, whom are good people. They do what they can to make your service good for you. It looks low class inside to me a little bit but I think it’s nice and simple, despite the plates being more plastic weight form they are good to use as well. Don’t expect The chop sticks to be your only options of easy use or by hand chopsticks They have the choice as well for using forks with your sushi. They will treat you well. They speak English well. You may think they don’t speak well with an accent but, they do, trust me. Which is a plus and helps the business go well for sushi lovers and more of a beginner like me. I love sushi since going to IOU Sushi more than another place where it was made poorly. I will be going there again today with my brother!!!!! Thank you IOU Sushi, for your service!!!
