Dined in for dinner. Sushi and gyoza were both good. restaurant was understaffed so service was slow but waitress was doing the best she could serving the entire full restaurant.

I like to pick my own sushi, vs a sushi special. The food was excellent, the presentation flawless. This has become my Thursay night place.

Wow! What a fantastic place to get sushi. I'm so glad this opened up in Milford. We needed a good sushi restaurant. So, my go to for sushi is Daiko Jerry San's in Branford. It is hands down the best sushi you will ever have. However, this new Shusi House is second best. And closer for me. Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh and very flavorful. So many sushi places make these rolls that all taste the same. Very generic. Not Sushi House. This is a top notch sushi restaurant! They were very nice at the entrance and the dining area is beautiful. Dark and calming with a patio in the rear of the building. Located right on the Post Road which is perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant!
