The wife and i are still in New Orleans. We looked up on google maps for good places to eat. We saw Shogun had a lot of good reviews so we went for lunch. The place was full. We got in fast. We had the clear soup, the house salad, the fried rice, the noodles, the chicken and steak. The soup was very good. The salad it was good. The rice was very tasty. The chicken and the steak was well seasoned. The place was very clean, the cook was excellent, the waitress was very friendly and attentive. We recommend you stop by and eat there. You will be happy you did. The experience was amazing.

I’ve been going here for 20 years and nothing has ever disappointed me. This is the most authentic sushi in the entire state!! The owner is also amazing and genuinely such a sweet person. Happy to continue supporting them and I hope they never close!!!

Excellent area to dine in of 3 compartments or venues choose. All of them are great, ive enjoyed the haibachi venue but next time ill visit the bar side. The atomsphere feels very japanness. A must revisit. Hai!
