Never would I have guessed such an exquisite dining experience would have resided in the heart of North East Mesa. From the moment I was seated I felt like I was surrounded by family. The one downside I would say is it felt like I had to go through an escape room before I was able to get my food. However the moment the chef entered, I was entirely captivated. The way he moved the veggies, rice, steak, and chicken around the skillet, it was like a dance. The way he teased us with delightful tastings of rice wine sake delivered through a playful squirt gun. The magnificent display of a volcano onion executed to perfection. The way he was able to juggle eggs I have never seen someone so coordinated. When the long awaited moment came when the food was carefully placed on our plates, I cannot adequately describe the decadence that was placed before me. The veggies were cooked to perfection, the fried rice was exquisite, the steak was moist and tender, and the star of the show was definitely the teriyaki chicken. The sous chef must have done a lot of work and preparing the marinade for the chicken. And while it did take a little bit longer than the rest of the food to be done, it was well worth the wait. If you are fortunate enough to find this restaurant, I highly recommend it. Best experience of my life!

🔥🔥 The Greatest Hibachi Experience of My Life! 🔥🔥 Listen, I don’t know what kind of magical sorcery was happening at this hibachi grill, but I’m 99% sure the chef was part dragon. This man wasn’t just cooking food—he was conducting a fiery symphony of steak, chicken, and flying vegetables with the grace of a culinary ninja and the confidence of a man who knows he can flip a egg into his hat without breaking eye contact. The moment I sat down, I felt like royalty. The grill master greeted us like we were long-lost family, then proceeded to set things on fire with reckless abandon (but in a completely safe and professional way, of course). The onion volcano? A pyrotechnic masterpiece. The egg toss? I nearly called the Guinness Book of World Records because I’ve never seen someone juggle eggs with such reckless precision. And let’s talk about the food. OH. MY. HIBACHI. My taste buds ascended to another plane of existence. The steak? Juicier than a soap opera scandal. The chicken? So buttery, I started questioning whether I even deserved this level of luxury. The fried rice? I don’t know what kind of wizardry they did to those grains, but I swear they whispered sweet nothings to me as I devoured them. At one point, the chef launched a zucchini straight at my mouth. I missed. Spectacularly. It bounced off my forehead and into my drink. Did I care? Absolutely not. I had already reached peak hibachi enlightenment. By the end of the meal, I wanted to shake the chef’s hand, hug the manager, and legally change my last name to Clayton San. If you haven’t eaten here yet, what are you even doing with your life? Go. Now. Run, don’t walk. And be ready to have your taste buds and soul set ablaze (again, in a safe and professional way). 11/10, would catch flying zucchini with my face again.

🔥 Clayton San: The Hibachi Hero We Didn’t Deserve, But Absolutely Needed 🔥 Let me tell you something—if you haven’t had the privilege of dining at this hibachi grill with the legendary Clayton San at the helm, you have not truly lived. This man isn’t just a chef. No, no. He is a culinary samurai, a grill wizard, and quite possibly the Chuck Norris of Teppanyaki. From the moment Clayton San picked up his spatula, I knew I was in the presence of greatness. He didn’t just cook—he performed. Flames erupted like we had just summoned a fire god, knives spun like a Vegas magic act, and the man flipped a broccoli shard behind his back, over the grill, off my forehead, and onto my plate. Precision. Perfection. A true artist. Then came the fried rice. Oh, the fried rice. Clayton San sculpted it into a heart like Michelangelo carving the David. The eggs? Tossed into the air with such elegance that I’m convinced he was trained by a secret society of hibachi monks. The seasoning? A divine intervention. I took one bite and saw my ancestors nodding in approval. And the onion volcano? My life is now divided into two parts: Before the Volcano and After the Volcano. The sheer power, the drama, the sizzling intensity—it was like witnessing the birth of a new world. I considered proposing marriage to the onion volcano, but I was too busy shoveling steak into my mouth like a starving raccoon. But the real highlight? Clayton San’s interactive skills. This man had me trying to catch flying zucchini like my dignity wasn’t on the line. I missed. Repeatedly. At one point, I swear he intentionally curved the zucchini just to mess with me. I respect that. By the end of the night, I was spiritually full, emotionally overwhelmed, and physically stuffed to the point where I considered being rolled out like a sushi roll. If I could give this place a million stars, I would. But since I can’t, just know that I will be naming my next born child Clayton San in his honor. 🔥 15/10 – Would get food-flung at my face again. 🔥
