Only thing that can ruin the experience is other customers or yourself. I got beef brisket with noodles and without mushrooms as I'm allergic and I made sure to ask before buying. They have reasonably-priced singular pieces of rolls for you to try to see if you would like something or not without committing to an entire roll which I think is very considerate. I got to learn this way that I don't like roe and I love eel!!
