We’ve been coming here for years and the food is consistently great!!! Best Asian cuisine in the area in my opinion. Where the restaurant lacks is the atmosphere. They often have the news playing with no music. However, the service is always super sweet and accommodating. The wait staff is very polite and attentive. But seriously… the food is for the soul. The wonton soup is my absolute favorite! Definitely give it a try. :)

Took 30 minutes to get 2 tiny rolls of sushi. There wasn't many people in there so I don't know why it took so long. Smallest sushi rolls I have ever had, see picture of sushi with soda can to reference size. My spicy tuna roll was just okay, my girlfriend's spider roll tasted fishy. They weren't very busy so I don't know why it took 30 minutes to make 2 tiny rolls. When I ordered on the phone, he said 5-10 minutes.

Amazing staff with great attitudes & attentiveness was on point. It was my birthday & even though we were the only party the staff were genuinely excited about our little celebration. They mentioned new additions to the menu so I happily tried one: beef hot pot. 5 stars on the broth for starters bc I could drink that juice for breakfast if it were possible! All the ingredients were on point except the potatoes could've been cut just a little thinner so they could be fully cooked through. 4.9 stars though, only mentioning the potato fix bc staff were clear about wanting honest feedback to better fuel any needed improvement. I'm happy to oblige as I see a lot of potential here (a rare compliment these days). Commendable and impressed are just a couple of words that come to mind when recalling my lovely first night at Chop Kitchen. I'll admit I had pretty much already resolved to a basic birthday family meal before the night even began but, to my surprise, we returned home with bright spirits & even brighter smiles (n2m full stomachs). Will be dining again soon, again: thanks for a lovely birthday.
