A pretty good selection for hot foods so far. There is a wide variety of it unlike some other buffets where the hot food is limited and has basic flavorless American selections. Like seriously, I don’t like to pay $16 to eat plain chicken nuggets and wings and characterless spring rolls the food quality is fresh and hot with healthy food options. Wider dessert selection which I liked more. What’s interesting is that the ice cream and jello is separated from the pastries. I can understand the choice because for OCD/germaphobic people like me, I don’t like the dry desserts crammed in one corner with wet desserts. Because of moisture retention. But they could work on controlling sanitation of the ice cream cones. Left out and people touch it. The atmosphere is clean, I have never seen anything bad so far. The sushi may be a bit smaller in selection, but it had some rare selections that I don’t see in other buffets especially this noriyaki wrapped filled sushi in the picture. And this tempura crisp sushi. The hibachi is in the center, it’s interesting, but it was not bad. The service was fine.

#1 Asian Buffet in the city honestly talking I visited many of them in Miami - Broward and Palm Beach but really KOUYOU is the best, flavorful and varied food, sushi another level, dessert outstanding. Restaurant decoration and layout is really nice love it. 100% recommended.

The macaroni and cheese was spoiled. Eyewitness the servers poor new Mac and cheese onto the old. Have seen cockroaches several times around the dining area I am surprised this place is still running. Not to mention the price that they're asking for the dine-in.
