The beautiful view made for an unforgettable experience. The entire staff were exceptionally friendly and considerate. While the food portions were somewhat small, they tasted phenomenal.

The restaurant’s name, which translates to “Mountain Palace,” is fitting given its stunning location and breathtaking views of Los Angeles. You can enjoy panoramic view of Los Angeles. The restaurant’s historic architecture and beautiful gardens, complete with a koi pond, add to the serene and picturesque setting. You will like unique ambiance makes it a must-visit spot in Los Angeles.

While the atmosphere and views at this place are undeniably fantastic, and the staff were very kind and attentive, I have to take off a couple of stars due to the food. Unfortunately, it fell very short of expectations, especially given the high prices. I ordered the grilled short ribs, and while I was excited to try them, they came out lukewarm and had a funky, overly oily taste that left much to be desired. For $56, I expected a lot more in terms of quality and flavor. My partner had the steak garlic noodles, which were slightly better but still not worth the price. Like the ribs, the dish was overly oily and lacked depth of flavor. The best thing we had was an overpriced OK bao bun appetizer. While I’d return for the ambiance and the views, the food needs significant improvement to justify the cost.
