泣くほど美味し。Excellent food, attentive service. Best gyoza I've had in awhile...since my Japanese sister-in-law was in town, actually. Almost did not miss the ra-yuu. Tempura was delicious, came with grated daikon ((適度に). Dessert was a Fuji apple cream puff, and an excellent example of what fusion dishes should be. We did not have sushi as we were excited about the selection of izakaya dishes, and we each brought only one stomach, but everything going to other tables looked wonderful. Next time. Please note it is no longer a BYOB place, which made us very happy. They had a wide range of drinks, and we had our First-ever Japanese IPA. It of course was excellent.

First I have celiac disease and it is very difficult to find anybody in a Japanese restaurant who both comprehends what is required and can deliver it. This restaurant does exactly that. Next I have had the best uni with quail egg nigiri that I have had outside of Asia. And have it with a 15-year shibui whiskey! Yum .

I dont eat seafood (preference not allergy) so struggle to find options at Japanese restaurants but Hana has a variety of safe options!!! Big sake selection in my opinion and excellent authentic Japanese cuisine. If you have been to Japan like I have, you will be pleased with the cuisine at Hana.
