Friends who have eaten here before invited us along for our first dining experience. Reservations didn't seem to matter, we waited 35 minutes to be seated. Our chef was entertaining and really did an awesome job with our meals. Everything was delicious, my steak served soft and flavorful, shrimp weren't as many as I'd liked to have had, but tasted very good. The noodles and rice were plentiful, and I ended up taking some of my meal home for "later". It was a very nice evening out with friends, and I will definitely be back. The only con of the dinner was the check. I just happened to notice an 18% "hibachi style dining" added to my check that wasn't brought to my attention. At all...Kind of a bummer. I wonder how many people don't notice that 18% automatic gratuity and tip on top?

Me and my husband decided to try a local spot to support the community. When we got here we noticed the place wasn't super crowded, which is a plus. We were seated immediately because we didnt eat at the hibachi table. There's about 4 tables that you can sit at if you don't want the food cooked in front of you. We got our appetizers immediately but the wait after that was long, about 30 minutes.., I had to grab our own silverware because there weren't any on the table, the server noticed but forgot to bring the silverware back. The portions are awesome, and the food was good but not hot, like it sat there while we waited. I like the place, customer service skills could be worked on, and updating customers about their orders might help with the wait time.

The Fire is absolutely a must try and I recommend it to anyone who loves delicious sushi, high quality hibachi, joyful entertainment, exceptional atmosphere, and outstanding service! The ginger salad was probably the best and freshest ginger salad I’ve ever had. I had the Parker Roll and it was simply delicious, so fresh and flavorful. Finished off with the fried cheese cake, can’t say I’ve had fried cheese cake before but, I am completely hooked! It was perfectly crispy on the outside and extremely smooth on the inside, the whipped cream and chocolate sauce were the cherry on top. The server, Michael, was an absolute pleasure and beyond attentive, he was extremely friendly and always made sure we were taken cared of. It’s safe to say I will most definitely be eating here again and so will you if you come here, you will thank me later!
